On the RJ family we are happy to announce that we have a new customer, Royal Bahrein. We are going to support them around the AVRO aircraft. We are currently conducting some training for our customer Golden Air, who are expanding their 2000 fleet in Scandinavia. For Corendon Airlines we are running a Difference course between 737 Classic and the NG which is conducted in Istanbul, Turkey. Braathens Update

Braathens Training has been selected to provide Swiss based Darwin Airlines with operator’s proficiency checks. This is a big step towards being the training provider for Darwin Airlines. Our cooperation with IFTC in Istanbul, Turkey, is expanding and we will start a 737 NG Type Rating for 4 new crews in the middle of June. Astra Airlines, based in Thessaloniki, Greece, are expanding their operations with a second BAe 146 - 300. The aircraft has been delivered and will start operating on June the 1st in cooperation with Braathens Training who will supply pilots and training. For more information please contact us.

Eastern Airways, welcome back

Welcome back Eastern Airways the UK regional airline who is expanding its aircraft fleet with two extra Saab 2000 aircraft. Eastern will attend our SAAB 2000 Type rating course at Bromma Airport in January 2009. Eastern Airways fleet is made up of British Aerospace turboprop and Saab jetprop aircraft. They utilise aircraft best suited to regional flying within Europe. These fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly aircraft are designed to transport 29 or 50 passengers in a 2 by 1 seat configuration, with every traveller getting a window or an aisle seat. Darwin Airlines, new customer

We welcome our new customer Darwin Airlines based in Lugano, Switzerland. The Darwin crew will start the SAAB 2000 Type rating course in January 2009. The agreement covers Saab 2000 Type rating for initially 3 crews in 2009. The Airline fleet is composed of 4 Saab 2000 aircraft. This bi-turbo-propeller of Swedish construct has been chosen after an accurate analysis of the available models as the ideal solution to operate from Lugano Airport and the principal destinations of the Darwin network.
